Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is one of the largest national steel and rebar manufacturers and fabricators in the United States. With corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas, CMC operates local recycling centers, steel mills, fabrication facilities, construction-related product stores, heat treating facilities and other metals related operations in the United States and Europe.

U.S. STEEL MILLS - CMC currently operates seven EAF minimills, two EAF micromills as well as a re-rolling mill, all strategically located throughout the United States to serve our broad range of customers.

Our mills have the capacity to produce over 6 million tons of finished long steel products including rebar, merchant bar, steel flats, channel bar, steel channels, steel angles, structural angles, structural channels, T-post, SBQ and special sections as well as semi-finished billets for re-rolling and forging applications. Our state-of-the-art, quick change rolling mills provide unmatched manufacturing flexibility. When combined with our inventory stocking model, it provides you immediate access to all our products for just-in-time delivery.

FABRICATION - CMC fabricates, furnishes and installs rebar and accessories for all construction markets. We operate state-of-the-art fabrication facilities in over 90 locations throughout the U.S. With almost 2.5 million tons of fabricating capacity, we have the national presence and capacity to serve all your rebar needs with the same consistent level of customer service, no matter where your project is located. At each of our facilities, we have the estimating, detailing and fabricating experience to manage any project, no matter what the size or schedule demands may be.
